We look for positive, sales-driven individuals with leadership experience when hiring store managers. This role is responsible for developing and leading a well-trained team to ensure an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will have the passion to train, coach, and engage team members while prioritizing tasks and responsibilities to accomplish store and company goals.
Assistant Store Manager
The assistant manager works closely with the store manager in the overall operation of the store, including measuring business trends, developing team members, controlling expenses, and overseeing all aspects of merchandising and inventory control. The assistant manager is also responsible for the overall management of the store in the absence of the store manager.
JT’s Restaurant Manager
The restaurant manager organizes, schedules, and controls the preparation of food in our quick service restaurants. This includes ordering, scheduling, supervising staff, selling, and tracking all food and food-related items to control costs while also delivering a great customer experience.
JT’s Restaurant Assistant Manager
The restaurant assistant manager works closely with the restaurant manager in the overall operation of JT’s Restaurant. The assistant manager is responsible for the overall management of the restaurant in the absence of the manager.
Our food service managers are responsible for managing sales, department inventory, quality assurance, merchandising, and other aspects of our food service operations. This position reports directly to the store manager.
Facility Maintenance Technician
This position is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment according to safety standards and maintenance schedules to ensure each store location’s equipment continues running smoothly.
Starting at $11-$14 per hour, based on location, our sales associates have a critical role in delivering on our promise of outstanding customer service as they greet customers and conduct sales in a friendly, efficient manner. They assist in basic maintenance, housekeeping, and stocking of merchandise for the store, and they may assist in food preparation as well. We are always taking applications for this position within our stores.
JT’s Restaurant Team Member
Starting at $12.50-$14.50 per hour, depending on location, our restaurant team members prepare, serve, and sell food to ensure a positive customer service experience. They maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all guidelines and standards for recipes, food preparation, and cleaning and sanitation.
Our corporate office positions include roles such as executive assistant to the president, accountant, controller, marketing, human resources, and more that help support the overall growth and culture of the Hammer Williams Company and Jiffy Trip stores. There are fewer positions in our corporate office than in our stores, and openings are less frequent, so check back periodically to see the latest openings.
